Hi all, Sophie Smith here. I am a 12/f from Western Australia. My icq number is-29678130. I have many nicknames, the most common are-sheepy, sophigus, tommy, macarena and soph. I have a Mum, a Dad, a sister, and they are all relatively normal. RELATIVELY normal. Mum-Liz, Dad-Keith, sister-Melanie. I am tall, have short brown hair, tons of freckles, and green eyes. I also wear glasses. I don't have a picture to put on here (that's bad and good...), so you'll just have to trust me on that description. I have a pet rabbit called Bianca, she's an albino- white with red eyes. She's a few years old, three I think (who's counting?). My best friend is Amy. She's 12, like me. My interests are- sport, reading, writing, music, spirituality, computers etc. My fave TV shows are- Alex Mack, Sabrina the Teenage Witch, Daria, 3rd Rock From the Sun, and a few more. Apart from that, I don't watch much TV. I love all music- all types, all bands/solo artists, but my special liking is blues. I am a writer. I fill the computers hardrive with all my stories and poetry, causing my Mum, Dad and sister to yell at me to delete some of my stuff (but I never do). I am also a bookworm. Whenever I have a spare moment, I read. I luv books, books luv me. When I mentioned that I am interested in spirituality, I didn't mean that I was a full-on witch. I just like to burn candles and incense in my room, causing the whole house to stink. I am also just interested in witches and fairies. They fascinate me, they really do. I don't worship the devil, or make sacrifices, or anything like that, although I have had a few strange rituals with my old barbie dolls (ie. tortutring, tatooing). Computers are another one of my many addictions. I live on my family computer, whenever I have a chance. You're probably thinking- geez, does she get any excercise? But she does. I play hockey for Fremantle Hockey Club, for the under 13/c girls team. My usual position is center half, but we get swopped around a bit. I am on the school soccer team too, and I play full-back. In Summer, I do alot of athletics, and I'm a keen Dockers fan (aussie rules football). My fave actors and actresses are- Evan Bonifant (Blues Brothers 2000, 3 Ninjas Kickback), Larisa Oleynik (Alex Mack, Ten Things I hate About You). | SOME OF MY POETRY! |
Here is some of my poetry- Mighty, proud, the leader of all, Their favourite hobby is making others crawl. It's not fair how they push me around, And it's not nice being on the bottom ground. As you look up, You realise, That these leaders have a disguise. Most of them are just like us- Simple, normal people, That don't put up a fuss. Most of uf wear a mask, Showing our true emotions? It's no easy task. Even so, It's quite weird to me, That some people won't let their minds be free. Ihate people that make pretend, And if you be yourself, You can make a true friend. My sister once went to Maccas, That was the day that she went crackers. She ate a Mc Chow, And turned into a mad cow. With big pointy ears and a long swishy tail, She scared all away with her rampage trail. Everybody dived to the floor, As she fled to the door. She stampeded to the road, Destroying all in her damage mode. Off to the country she did go, Her long swishy tail swinging to and fro. Ten years later she came back, Walking quietly along the dusty track. She was back to her old form, No swinging tail, Not a trace of a horn. After that, No Maccas for her! She now knows the truth, That it is a big danger. This world is a big place, It has many a face. There is so much war, I'm surprised there are any survivors at all. There isn't any place like home, When the peace doesn't come. You can run from the fear, But its memory still lies here. One day will come our doom, Everyday you can see its shadow loom. It's scary to think that one day, Your life will be taken away. | ||||||||||||||||
